Since doing an sim swap all of my incoming calls are coming through as ‘No Caller ID’. This includes all of my saved contacts. I’ve checked all of my phone settings, completed a network reset, installed the latest iOS, called o2 customer support twice and they didn’t help either. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

@Ik122 - for some people a settings refresh on O2's end helps fix the issue - so it would need account access, which nobody on the forum can do.
