New phone ordered and paid for 2 weeks ago and still not here......... unacceptable

Text message every day saying "oops"........

Unacceptable

Being charged for new phone and existing phone..... unacceptable and illegal. Don't like being robbed.

A communications company being implosible to contact.......... A POMPLETE JOKE.
