I'm totally fed up with having no service on my S24. Ever since I went from Virgin to 02 it's a nightmare.  I'm missing doctors calls, texts don't come through, and helf the time I can't make a call.

Battle going on with 02 right now, I'm not paying for a service I'm not getting!!

Did you get an O2-branded SIM when you moved, @Joolz1? It fixes many such ills.

Photo id and your O2 store will be quickest for this task, @Joolz1

Good luck!

@Joolz1

There is a very simple fix - pop to an o2 store with Photo ID and get a new SIM card, if you are still using the original Virgin Sim.. as this is a know problem with the dodgy Belgian sims...

Just to note Virgin never actually ran a network they piggybacked off EE then Voda then closed it down..

Also read your terms as o2 (NO network) guarantees network coverage or service uptime..

I would be a little careful @Joolz1 with your "I'm not paying for a service I'm not getting" approach.

O2 are absolutely ruthless when it comes to collecting perceived debts and will not hesitate to sell your debt to a Debt Collection Agency and to trash your credit score in the process, both of which are outcomes that you do not want. 👍
