Don't go with 02 nothing but trouble they have been nothing but rude to me.

Don't recommend 02 at all tried to cancel my contract they were nothing but rude to me. Out of 3 hours of being on hold an speaking with about 9 different people. 3 put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting, an shocking behaviour from 02. I will not be recommending 02, at all. All I wanted to do was terminate the contract which they then passed me about different people to then put phone down on me. Absolute rude. An I will be putting in a complaint.

And yes, you do have to call them, when you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
