HI after 3 months of trying and about 8 phone calls to so called experts no one can sort out why i am not getting double data they just say yes you do qualify and the wait 3 days but nothing happens can anyone help or advice me please i have even sent 2 emails to the complaints with no reply

The best way to deal with this is to use o2 Social Media team, Guide: How to find help & contact O2 and they will ask some details such as VM account number and then it can take 15 days for them to apply it.
This has worked for me in the past

They do reply, you just need to prod them with a few reminders, as that is what I have done in the past..
You can always try the Virgin Media Twitter team as well...
