Hi, I received a text and email today saying thanks for your order. On my o2 there’s an order for bolt ons with no charge, i never made this order. Has anyone else had this?

It could be your account being moved to O2's new 360 back-end billing system, or if you were with Virgin Media, part of the move of your account over to O2. It could be related to Volt, although if eligible, that just shows up silently in your bolt-ons within 14 days after you applied for Volt.
Only O2 CS can tell you for sure, call them on 202 at about 8am and ask, to be sure, @Stem1 - good luck!
