Online chat and repair arrangements are proving to be a complete waste of (hours) of my time and are unable to get any further than agreeing to do a repair. Could someone please inform as to how the complaints process works and how I complain.

Do not use o2 repairs as they do not have a good reputation, go to your phones manufacturers for a repair
