I currently have the fold 4 with switch up on the contract. I have been into 2 stores to carry out the pre-order for the s24 ultra but neither have been able to complete it. They go all the way through the process and it come up with something like error and unable to complete at the end.
Has anyone encountered this before or have a solution for it?

They usually just do a pre-order and dont go through the contract switch until after the phone arrives, so not sure why they are not taking the deposit and then waiting till Friday to do the rest @J_Gibson that is how my pre-orders have worked in the past...
