Hello, I am trying to access the O2 Business portal, and each time I click the my account link I get the below error.
"We can’t log you in because of the following error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator.
NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user"
I have spoken to the business support team on various occasions and they are unable to help me, which I find hard to believe.
Can anyone shed some sign on this error and how I can get it resolved?

No one on here can help, as that is something o2 CS need to raise to the o2 IT Team, which manages Salesforce..
