I have been paying my bill monthly from my business account **Personal info** (REMOVED), however I have closed this account down & need to pay you from my personal account **Personal info** (REMOVED) from now on. Could you make the changes necessary to collet the next payment from this account. Thank you

You can change it yourself in My O2

It's under the billing section

or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
