Please can someone tell me how to cancel my contract with Ariel Direct, I dont wish to cancel my O2, have been misled by Ariel Direct when I was in a vulnerable postion, now I am on a business contract for some reason and paying too much, have tried to contact them but get a saleman which I dont want! please help!

@Martin-O2 may be able to help but Aerial are notorious for this kind of thing unfortunately.

@CarolineHart We've seen many complaints about this company. They're unscrupulous. You may, unfortunately have to see out this contract until its end. Just make sure you know the exact end date so you can give 30 days notice that you wish to end the contract.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You should be able to cancel but you will have to pay the remainder of the contract fees

You don't have the same consumer rights with a business account so cannot cancel without help.
