hi @Anonymous

Do you have ur phone on 24/7? even when it's charging? If the signal is not refresh frequently you will start having the problems you just described. Best thing to do is a manual network search, choose another network, if will fail, then choose O2 (it will take a while to find it), then swap back to automatic selection. Switch your phone off and on. That should resolve. Also any pending voice mails and sms that are less than 7 days old will be delivered.

To prevent it from happening again, all you do is switch your phone off and on now and again :). Let us know how u got on slight_smile

Is it set to divert calls?

Have you tried full restore?

Sounds like you may need to book an appointment at your nearest Apple Store if you've tried everything

If others are having issues it could possibly be network related. Check your postcode here : Service Status

It may be that O2 aren't aware of the problem so download the My Network app and you can report the problem there.

Failing that, have the phone checked out at your nearest Apple store.

It's a network issue,
Report it to o2 and get as many others you know do the same.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Remember there is no guarantee a SMS will be delivered, a study has shown that as much as 5% of SMS messages simly get lost in the system.

Thanks I tried this and it seemed to work for a while but it's just went back to the way it was as I just received a message saying you had a missed call. Thanks everyone I have been to the Apple Store and they found no problems with my phone and said it is a network issue and I have been to O2 and they said there is no issue in my area I keep reporting it on my network and I have my family and friends reporting there issues too

You could try a new simcard but it definitely sounds like a network issue. 😢
