I ordered a pay monthly iPhone 14 Pro Max (refurbished) i paid £30 for the upfront cost and my credit check went through i keep getting messages that say its taking very long and my courtier will update me , ive also been on my o2 account and i cant even track my order i dont know whats happening is been 4 days and when i ordered it said next day so im worried

I’m in the same boat ordered a watch and it was to come on the 4th still waiting and just says the same in texts and it’s processing!! Takes the biscuit to not even explain why??

why do i haved to do all of this why cant they just deliver my item it was ok for them to take my money but they cant give their customers a simple item ive seen other people going through the same thing as me im going to switch to three, o2 are a very poor company

Get in line…. I’ve been waiting a week for my iPhone I’ve ordered and have been texted multiple times it will come the next day and now they changed it to a few days. Messaged live chat and they said it’s a “hiccup” in the warehouse and can’t give me a date when it’s coming.

By all accounts the warehouse staff have not been able to enter the warehouse due to a chemical leak in a nearby unit, and as such no recent orders have been sent out, according to a member who c staff at the Clydebank O2 store, delivery’s were due to start up again today 09/12/24, but I won’t be holding my breath

Same here, good that I’m not alone.
I ordered on 2nd December with delivery due 3rd December, it’s the 10th December today and still nothing has arrived. Tried phoning 02 put on hold for 10 mins, once connected I got cut off… customer service is awful.

Exactly the same with me! Ordered on 30th due to be delivered on the 3rd Dec. Waited and nothing. Tracking is not updated and shows the tracking number is not valid. After numerous calls and chats online they said 9th, on the day no response no update so contacted them again and was told still a delay with delivery and would expect an email this week when it will be on its way. FYI the tracking number would only work once it gets picked up by the courier. Might have to expect it next year! 😂

I’ve had the same with a watch I ordered 30th November. Got told that anything ordered after the 29th there is a big delay on. They should put this announcement on the website. I wouldn’t have ordered one had I know.

Literally on the same position, I ordered last Saturday and it was meant to arrive on Monday and I keep getting "updates" that it's delayed and should be here in a few days but that's it, there's been nothing to tell me it's even been dispatched, I ordered it based on it being delivered "next working day" so I'm really disappointed at the moment
