O2 still hasn’t contacted me about the iPhones

So short story is I got scammed about 10 months ago the scammers ordered two iphones With a plan, I contacted the fraud Department Was told to hold onto the phones until the fraud was sorted And then Two months later, the fraud was sorted And the phones were taken off my account. I was informed that the fraud department would contact me about retrieving the phones but it’s been 8 months now still, nobody has contacted me

You need to contact O2.

I’ve tried those numbers and all that all I get is they’ll contact me but they never do

Seems the most logical thing to do @Ronlonsliver 

O2 have probably barred them so only any use on wifi for apps anyway.
