If 0000 isn't working you must have changed it at some point.

O2 will not know what this is and if you can't remember, you will need a new sim.

You might need to get your sim card activated then @sandoS 

Contact customer services by calling 202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract), or 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG).

Best time to call is 8am UK time.

Alternatively you can call 0800 902 0217 using Skype for free.

Thank you for the replies.  I now have another problem, it states that I need to enter my sim pin. 

Checking my account it says I don't have a pin set. Someone said a default pin was 0000. I now face being locked out with only 1try left. I did ring O2 but after 30min and finally getting through I was cut off.

I now regret buying from O2.
