Hi @Anonymous

Initially try this... Hold the sleep/wake button with the home button together for about 10 seconds until the device turns off and back on displaying the Apple logo.....

However this phone is two weeks old and this sort of thing shouldnt be happening. Contact O2 and demand an exchange for a new phone....http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Two weeks old you need to get it exchanged now. Don't accept a repair. You should get a doorstep exchange if you ordered direct or go instore if you purchased it there.

If you get no-where with O2 (or they insist on a repair) go to Apple directly, they will usually exchange the handset straight away

Walk in walk out with a new phone from any Apple store.
