I am having problems downloading from internet when I do not have wifi. I get a 4G symbol on screen, but I then keep getting an error mesasage saying Safari cannot connect me as the is no broadbnd signal.
Any ideas

If on a monthly sim ring 202 and check for the iphone data bolton then ensure idata apn is used this may be the issue http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/o2-apn-settings

What tariff are you on and what apn's are in use settings>Mobile Data > Mobile Data options > Mobile Data network ?

Text ACTIVE to 2020, save the text settings, reboot the phone and try again. You do need the idata bolt on and apn settings as advised.

Did you try to go under settings > Mobile data and check if the Safari app is toggled to the ON green position?

@MercedesS the op's error message is 100% down to incorrect apn's seen it soo many times
