Very poor 3g signal. sometimes none at all....It's ridiculous...I work at Alyn Waters Country Park and there is no 3g coverage whatsoever down there yet my phone signal is full....I read a statement from O2 saying "goodbye BT Openzone, hello O2 Mobile".....If thats the case then it is goodbye O2 hello Orange as far as I'm concerned....Its pathetic !!!!

I live in Gwersyllt, I did contact somebody last week on the O2 chat about having no signal at home downstairs. I can get a very weak signal from one bedroom upstairs. They said it should be fixed by the end of the day. I rang & spoke to somebody today & she checked with engineering, there were 4 faults, 2 were fixed but 2 were still outstanding & there was some sort of problem with access. We only use our phones for voice calls.

Many of the masts are on private land so access can be a problem O2 will fix it asap.

Spoke to someone at O2 the other day & he told me the problem in my area was due to high demand. He said when too many people are using the network they turn the power down to restrict usage!! My lack of signal is not likely to get any better in the near future. The only way to escalate the issue is for more people to complain.

02 are continually improving the network and investing high amounts of cash to do so.

Every Network suffers from congestion issue.

Allowing virtual networks to piggy back onto their network structure imho does not help.

Lets see what happens when 4g is introduced.
