new online phone purchase

Hello, within the last 30 minutes I purchased a new phone online, the completion page stated an email has been sent conforming the order details, but I have not received an email so far. Should I read anything into this or am I being too efficient?

Check your spam too but they do usually come through immediately.

I have ordered a phone today too, but I never got an email confirming either.

 

I did however get an email about making an account and another about services etc. 

 

The website shows ive paid / ordered but it says an email will only be sent when it’s ready to be picked up..

 

Not sure if this info is any good to you!

@Anonymousyes you usually get an email when its been dispatched by courier or en route to the shop...

When ordering online you should immediately receive your order confirmation and contractual agreements by email.
Following your acceptance of the T&C's you will then get a further email confirming the delivery of your order once the device has been dispatched.
