You can turn it off in call settings.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

  1. Go into the phone app,
  2. On the top right press the three dots
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Calling Accounts
  5. Select O2 (or whatever your SIM shows up as)
  6. The option is in there to switch off wifi calling.

@Pipstop78 Quite frankly I leave wifi calling permanently on in both of the networks on my phone.

It's just there in case we get one of perennial network faults

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Just select network priority and leave it at that.

It will then only use wifi if no network signal at all.
