Hi @Anonymous. Did you actually get your PAC from EE? The fact you seem to have some service indicates you may have a split port. Its up to the networks to resolve this ...

Why oh why can't someone take ownership of the problem and take the responsibility of resolving it with EE? Apathy and indolence seem rife in O2 customer service at the moment. Use Google for the email address of the O2 CEO.

I've already made a complaint two months ago and it didn't solve anything?! Is there anyone specific I should talk to or say? Every single time I phone up I ask to go straight to the manager but they tell me no and I have to tell them my problem and just say they have processed my enquiry and put it on high importance which clearly they havent and then say I will be emailed and phoned in 24 hours, they said this to me on Sunday and I haven't received anything! It has now been 3 days without being able to receive calls or texts and it's getting really stressful as in a weeks time I will be going to a very important job interview and they won't be able to phone me if I get it 😞

My next step would be an email to Mark Evans the CEO. Give them a contact number and someone from his office will get5 back to you.
