If you have your double data on O2 but your speed upgrade on your broadband has not come through you will  need to talk to Virgin.

150 from a Virgin Landline or 0345 4541111 from any phone.

They are well known for being tardy.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
