Hi, I recently began use of the Volt benefit of Amazon Prime for £2 was per month. To do this I deleted my old account and used a different email as it wouldn’t allow me to use it with the link I received.
I now am struggling to connect my family members. I have always had two adults (wife and I) and both kids linked using their own accounts. I sent a link to them but it says they can’t be added as there can only be one more adult. I’ve managed to add my eldest child as an adult and when I go to remove them it says that I can’t add another adult for a year if removed.
This has all confused the he’ll out of me and can’t believe it doesn’t seem as intuitive as it should be. It will let me add a child profile but it doesn’t ask for the email addresses so not sure what to do.
I spoke to Amazon support and they said I need to contact O2 as they control the account but I’m not sure if this is the case for this issue.
can anyone assist with this please? I’m annoyed! 😆

Complete rubbish.
Nothing to do with O2 at all. It's Amazon's rules for the free accounts.
