Hi, I've had virgin and 02 for about 5 months now. I still haven't got my volt benefits. Every time.i click on my Virgin media app to see what happening with it it says oops.somthing went wrong. When I try on o2 it says your all set and it will be working soon. Been saying that for months

Contact o2 via twitter and they can have a look for your mobile based benefits and you will need to call Virgin on 0345 454 1111 to check your account.
