Hello,

I have badging Wi-Fi, which is not very good in my house. I am also an O2 customer. I was told that I can receive free Wi-Fi boosters for my house. Please can you let me know how I do this

If you are a Virgin Broadband and O2 phone customer (Volt) these can be ordered through Virgin's Connect App

You also can contact Virgin on 0345 4541111 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
