Volt activation

I have been a virginmedia customer for many years and moved from virginmobile to O2 volt Sim only some time ago, around August 2022. When trying to access Volt on the O2 app, I get the message "Sorry it doesn't look like you're currently eligible for volt benefits"

 

I spoke to an advisor at the weekend who said that she had sent off the relevant form. I have also contacted virginmedia who responded with the following message.

 

"I can see that you are on a Volt package with us at the top speed of 1 gig, so that no upgrade could be done from our side, I have been advised by the system that you would need to get in touch with O2 to discuss this further as the Volt request would need to be completed from their side."

 

Can someone please sort this out for me?

This is a forum made up of customers, like yourself, none of whom can access your sccount. Your Volt query needs to be escalated to O2: the O2 Social media team are available as shown in the link just below this post.
