I am eligible for Volt benefits. How do I get a WiFi pod to boost the signal in my house?

You need to contact Virgin on 0345 454 1111, you will also need to have the Virgin Media Connect App, and run through the steps.

You have to contact Virgin Media on that.

They will ask you to run the My Virgin Media app to scan each room in your house for poor speed/ reception

Call Virgin on 0345 4541111 or 150 from a Virgin landline

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
