Virgin media and O2 bundle package

I've just signed up to virgin media mega deal, broadband, tv and o2 with unlimited data.

I got my o2 contract through email and message saying I will get 250gb data, unlimited airtime and unlimited texts. 

Why am I only getting 250gb when I've signed up for unlimited??

It moves to Unlimited after approx 14 days from signing up
