Hi,
I have recently taken advantage of a Virgin/O2 deal to get a sim only pay monthly deal with O2. I have requested my number be ported over but have got a text message from O2 saying that they cant do it? How is this possible? I am still within the cooling off period so this needs to happen soon as I dont want to change my number from sky. I have double checked all the details are correct.
Any one help?
