I have tried to cencell my O2 account twice yesterday, both times I was passed from Virgin Media to O2, spoke to 4 different agents both times, and then the line dropped after 80 minutes, both times, without my request being fullfilled. I received an email from Virgin Media tellimg me, because of changes to my contract, I am able to cancle my contract free of early termination charges, including my Volt contract with O2. I really need someone to help me.
