Disney + extra no discount

Hi.

so I have Disney + mora than a year. I always got the 2 off but on end of November I changed to a cheaper 8.99 subscription as the most expensive not worth for me. I just realized the last 2 months I didn’t get the 2 off as it in the terms and conditions. I started a chat and the costumer service said they will add 2 off on my next bill as Im loyal costumer. When I asked it will be every months she replied it’s just one time. I did copied the terms and she said she can’t do anything she need to follow the company process only will give me extra 10 off.

I got email and text the first 2£ but not the following 10£.

also to be honest it’s just half solution as if I would subscribe trough Disney and pay one time it would be cheaper.

and I’m kind of that guy who just want what we agreed not more or less.

as I said nothing changed I went to cheaper monthly cost as well as was end of my contract in December and cheaper Disney in November. So I don’t know. What should I do or who should I talk to get the £ 2 off every month?!
