When I finally found the extra, it would not let me cancel it. The message is "You can only edit this extra once in each monthly billing period." What does it mean? I have had it for over a year, so the 6 months minimum term is over

All I know is if what is in the Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras does not work, then it's a call to either whatever company the extra relates to (eg Disney Customer Support) or to O2 CS using any one of the Social Media links in Guide: How to find help & contact O2 @K_Zuzo and @Oxonian 🤷🏼♀️
