hi there i cannot seen to be able to set up a direct debit for my new account as the download is always read only,please advise

Here's a form to set up a direct debit. http://static.o2.co.uk/assets2/pdf/O2_DirectDebitMandate.pdf
You have to print it off,fill it in and send to the address given.
It might be easier to contact O2
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or use the specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 )
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
