hello my problem is very simple i bought a sim card through o2 and then i loaded a balance of 10 pounds onto it. my only purpose was to pay as i use and i did not want to switch to a tariff. nobody even asked me. but after loading o2 enrolled me on a tariff without asking me. i tried to cancel. there is no such option. i called customer services. i only dealt with a robot. i cannot reach them. please update me to pay as you use as soon as possible. and cancel my tariff and load my money as a balance.

O2 do not offer what you want.

Only monthly bundles now https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

Look at giffgaff or Tesco mobile but those may not do so for much longer.
