Resolved! No Caller ID

Hi there. Every time I receive a call my caller ID doesn't recognise the number so it is displayed as Unknown caller. It has only just started doing it over the last couple of weeks. Can anyone help

Changing to 02 when will I know to put my new sim in my phone.

I opened a new contract on Saturday. When will I know to put my new 02 SIM card in my ID iPhone. I have an important hospital phone call in a few hours that I must receive as waiting results. Will my phone use the ID network until I change the sim.

Sim swap to retain number
