i was directed here from the app live chat. They said they were unable to help me
I have no network on my phone. i've done all the trouble shooting that has been asked. I need my phone for work. this is costing me money

What did the troubleshooting indicate?
Are there any network issues in your area O2 Service Status ?
Did your sim work in another phone?
Does another sim work in your phone?
Depending on the answer to those questions we can direct you further.

Same issue here. No Data/SMS/RCS all day, Customer Services were not any help, said come here.
