It can take upto 24 hrs for a port to complete, but you will need to call o2 and speak to Customer Services, as there is nothing anyone on this customer to customer community can do to help you.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

If you are porting your number in from another network, be aware that O2 doesn't port numbers on the weekend, so you're probably out of luck now until Monday or Tuesday.
