If you are on the new system you can get a new Esim via MyO2 

Go into View All then Swap my SIM and choose Esim

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It would be interesting to be given a true percentage of the clients on 360 billing system v the old legacy system. I know on this forum alone and of the regulars, I can think of at least 4 who remain on the old system. (including myself). It also would be more than helpful to know exactly when we are all meant to be on the new system. work could then start on amending all the relevant guides!

I agree @Enlli. That was written in January. I know priority has been given to VM customers to O2 but still I and others wait...and  wait and...wait!!

As a matter of interest, when did you move to 360?

Think I've been on it from day one. Came via USwitch in Aprill 2022

But I got my eSIM through MyO2 in the June
