If you are on the new system you can get a new Esim via MyO2
Go into View All then Swap my SIM and choose Esim

It would be interesting to be given a true percentage of the clients on 360 billing system v the old legacy system. I know on this forum alone and of the regulars, I can think of at least 4 who remain on the old system. (including myself). It also would be more than helpful to know exactly when we are all meant to be on the new system. work could then start on amending all the relevant guides!
