Hi,
For the past few days I’ve been getting a message to set up my Metro eSIM by T-Mobile. I live in the UK, have an iPhone, and only have an O2 account so worried something fraudulent occurring. I have no idea how to block it.

It might be worth trying to reach out to T-Mobile via this link here https://www.metrobyt-mobile.com/contact-us?INTNAV=tNav%3AContactandsupport%3AHelpandsupport
There seems to be live chat..
As it could be someone has entered an incorrect number for the esim to be sent to..

Thanks, unfortunately this isn’t coming vial a message from a sender. It is a pop up notification on my phone saying my new eSIM from metro by t-mobile is ready for activation. I haven’t activated, but concerned it’s trying to install

@CP1011 Have you inadvertently downloaded or installed an app that is sending you this message? Can you run a malware scan?

Live chat didn’t work, but calling them eventually did, you were right, they were trying to use my IMEI number. Thanks
