I'm trying to retrieve the vat invoice for this phone and although it states it's ready I can't find it. I need it to claim my free watch. Also does anyone know why my incoming text messages are still being received on my old galaxy s9? And just one more question please on trying to install the esim it states transaction invalid. I've disabled sim 1 (not using sim 2) do I physically have to remove the sim card?

Check your orders in your MyO2.
Your number is probably still registered in the text message RCS settings on your old phone.
It works best if you remove physical sim first.
