Hi, I've changed my tariff today and switched to an eSIM card. Unfortunately, my SIM card was blocked after this change. When I attempt to activate my eSIM card, you are sending a verification code to the blocked mobile number, which I cannot access due to no service...

Please advise on how to resolve this issue promptly.

You need to use one of the methods here to contact O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2

or call using Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
