Resolved! How do I set up wifi & 4g calling on oppo A53

I'm really struggling to set wifi & 4g calling. I seem to be stuck in an eternal loop of the same information, which isn't for an oppo A53!!

Im unable to make or receive an y calls. Have restarted the phone and also checked local area for any issues. All is ok. Can you advice as to what the problem is? Keeps saying Not Registered on network
