Hiya. I have just received my o2 sim today and it says it is all set up
and ready to use. I have been able to make and receive calls etc.
However, the signal is on one bar only. Is this just because I'm still
within the first 24 hours? I really hope ...
I keep getting sent the o2 sms with a link to redeem the 6 month Apple
Music. When clicked the link opens the Apple Music app stating it is
looking for my offer details but it goes no further. Any ideas?
I received my data sim and installed it in a Netgear 810s and it was
very slow.I've just purchased a TPLink 600 and the sim won't connect to
the internet.I have a 3 sim which works fine.
can anybody help please .. up until recently my phone was fine but for

I'm in another country so have no access to another phone. O2 sent me a
text saying "great news we've upgraded your sim only" but now my phone
shows Sim 1 is not provisioned seconds later?? After multiple resets
it's still not working. Borrowing WiFi...
I have virtually no signal in my house, which is in the centre of
Cardiff and should have strong coverage. What can I do to boost my home
signal? Does O2 have a booster available to fix this issue?
