I can’t log in to the my o2 app… I’ve tried resetting my password, but it keeps saying I can’t do it yet. Says if I’m new can take up to 48 hours, but I’ve had my contract for ages

phone calls IN and OUT fail, since this morning

New billing and airtime rewards

Hi all, since the new billing system my airtime rewards that i have redeemed are not showing on my o2 account page- it always showed as a minus against my next bill but still shows as 0.00. Any ideas?

Anyone else pay their bill and get no mobile data!?

Paid bill..have ZERO mobile data..its PAID for.. so why doesn't it work. ..45 mins waiting to talk to someone on the phone..they never answer.. 20 years ive been a customer, im leaving
