Confirmation on call from O2

Someone called me stating that from O2 and asked me to upgrade my SIM. As a first step ask me to reset the password to 'upgrade123' . Is this a spam ?

Motorola e13

I've just bought Motorola e13. I've managed to transfer data from.my old phone but I cannot find the keyboard on the phone, when I tap on it nothing happens. I've tried settings , but still can't get the keyboard to appear.
