Trying to buy a bolt on for PAYG it simply says it can't process the request at the moment please try later. I have funds, it's been two days it's my business phone nd I'm totally cut off. Where is o2s legal department so I can claim for the loss, and how can I get my business back on line? I'm completely screwed!!!!

So let me get this straight: a Busness phone on PAYG which are Consumer tariffs and you can't buy extra data so you want compensation
