Hello, I’m staying here from the US. I can’t enter my billing address because the computer won’t recognize it and it says my credit card is not valid. Is there anything I can do to register?

What are you trying to do, @NaomiNye? Top up an O2 Pay As You Go SIm? All ways here: Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)  The top-up method at the very end works for many more credit cards than O2's top up site does, or you can buy a top up voucher in a PayPoint shop and call 4444 to activate it on your number.
