Since moving from Virgin to O2 we've foung texting and messaging is very poor on both my wifes phone and mine. Friends say the've messaged which we dont receive, text can take over a day to arrive and anyone using the ring door bell has left before we get the message. 

 

Not happy with the poor performace. Is there a solution or do I need to change service providers?

You may need a new O2 sim.

Either go instore with ID or Give O2 a call on  202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract)  4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
