My eSIM won’t transfer from old handset to new one. iPhone 15 pro max says I need to contact o2 which is harder than solving world peace…. For a phone company I wish you had a number you could call

Yep, you can't just swap eSIMs (or any SIM) now without going through Customer Services or calling into an O2 store with photo ID. (Best Way)

Go into your nearest O2 Shop, with a valid passport or UK driving licence as id, and get their help.

Truth be told, you'd be better switching back to a plastic SIM card as your main SIM, @Canispeak2human - as a search for eSIM here on the forum would reveal:
