It's impossible to contact anyone from O2. My signal has been down for a week and the date the 'upgrade' works are due to be complete has changed so no idea when It'll be back. On O2.com it's almost impossible to find a way to contact anyone....I'm not sure the community board is meant for me to vent but it's the only place I can find to go. When will my service be back up & can I get a refund for the week 4 contracts in my house haven't been able to use the O2 network for calls or texts.
